I am one of those women who has been through it all. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos almost 13 years ago. After listening and trusting my endocrinologist (who was the endo for a major league baseball team), I almost lost my life. I lost 2 babies. T4 was NOT the answer.
The fatigue was horrendous. After sleeping for 13 hours, I would still feel like a zombie when I woke up. Suicidal depression and insane eczema almost killed me. Top that with spending many, thousands of dollars to get no help from doctors and I was at my wit's end.

DIET & DIGESTION
In this lesson, I'm pulling back the curtain on all the myths surrounding food and what it takes to heal. What you eat, how you eat and when you eat are all part of reconnecting with your body and nourishing it so it can do what it was designed to do - be well. There is no one size fits all approach to food. You have a unique chemistry and we will address that.

BLOOD SUGAR REGULATION
Understanding blood sugar isn't just reserved for those with diabetes. Actually, blood sugar balance is imperative for immune system health and for remitting chronic health symptoms. This week you will learn the connection a balanced blood sugar has to improving the symptoms of fatigue, weight gain, hair loss and anxiety.

Water makes up 60% of your entire body mass and it is crucial for cell health, the nutrition of your body and even hormone balance. You guessed it! There are more places toxins hide. In order to give your body what it needs to heal, you've got to remove these toxins. HOW TO GET THE BEST SLEEP
If you get 6 hours of sleep or less per night, 712 of your genes become distorted and guess what? Half of those genes increase cancers, stress and cardiovascular disease. Lack of high-quality and ample quantity sleep each night is a direct contributor to your chronic illness. Learn this week practical ways to sleep better and how getting better sleep is connected to the other eight weeks lessons.

THE IMPORTANCE OF STRESS MANAGEMENT
Stress isn't just an emotional response we feel. It is an in-depth mechanism that our body has been designed to have to protect itself. However, when the stress response is chronically active, disease sets in. Chronic stress affects, digestion, blood sugar, cell health, brain health and more. This week you will learn breathing techniques, nutrients, movement techniques and time management techniques to manage stress better.

YOUR ORAL HEALTH
What is lurking in your mouth could be a root cause of your chronic illness. Two root canals were a root cause of my Hashimotos! Learn how to improve the biome in your mouth, all about holistic dentistry, cavitations, root canals, heavy metals and more. Could what's in your mouth be one of YOUR root causes? I will teach you how to discern that and direct you to the right professionals to improve the health of your mouth. It's more important than you know!
WEEK TWELVE
SILENT INFECTIONS
Most women with chronic illness have some sort of silent infection that is one of their root causes. These are things like the Epstein Barr Virus. Yersinia, Parasites, Staph, Strep and more. Silent infections can also reside in your mouth and allow a steady stream of microbes to enter the blood. This week you will learn effective ways to strengthen your immune system defenses and remit your silent infections.

What if I miss a week? Live sessions are recorded for access later in the week. All assignments are uploaded in the Client Hub each week for access.
Is one person going to monopolize conversation in the group? After each live session there will be a Q&A time. Each participant signs a contract that they will not be selfish and monopolize conversation. Additionally, Jennifer will not allow this and will give each person appropriate time to ask their questions.
Can my individual protocol be changed? If you choose Well 12™ Gold that includes email support we can tweak your protocol with slight changes as needed.
Will I have access to Jennifer? Yes! You will have direct, one-on-one access to Jennifer during your initial one hour appointment as well as weekly in the live Zoom sessions during the 12 weeks. If you choose the Well 12™ Gold package you will also have access to Jennifer via email.
How much time will I need to invest each week? Most week you will need to invest a minimum of three hours. One hour for the live sessions (some may go longer with lots of questions and the first one will be longer with introductions) and two hours for the homework. Some weeks will have less homework and some weeks will have a bit more. If you're creating a space for healing, you will prioritize the time.
When will I heal? Healing is individual. While I wish I could say that you will heal in X amount of weeks, I can't. That timeline is up to God. What I can tell you is that you WILL feel better because of the food and lifestyle changes you are going to make. Though you may need further support if you have extensive detoxification needs, emotional needs that require counseling, etc.
Will I get individual attention? Absolutely! That is the difference in Well 12™ versus self-paced programs. My belief is that individual attention is critical to feeling better. Though our appointment and weekly sessions, I will be able to give you the attention you need. That's why I only accept 20 clients to the program!
Will I be able to call or email you? While I don't do phone calls with my clients (we only do Zoom calls), I am offering Well 12™ Gold where you can email me 2 emails each week that the Well 12™ program is live and each email can address one topic.
Are there pre-requisites for participating in Well 12™? Yes there is one. Each client needs to have enrolled in and completed the free Gut Renew Online Course. This gives you a fundamental and foundatonal education in digestion that we won't be covering in depth in Well 12™. If you haven't taken it, please enroll now to do so. Do you offer refunds? Refunds will not be given for Well 12™ after you have received the health reports and protocols and your initial appointment has taken place. At that point, you can choose to partake in the remainder of the program or forfeit them with no money returned.
