WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF HDHM?
All of the Masterclass is housed in a beautiful online hub that contains videos, transcripts, visual guides, and recipes. Once you enroll you will have access to the hub and the introduction module. The following Sunday after your enrollment you will get access to the first Habit module.
WHAT IS HABIT STACKING?
Habit stacking is one of the most effective ways to make small changes with a big impact over time. The principle implements one habit for a time and then continues that habit while beginning to implement a new habit.
HOW DOES HDHM WORK?
Every Sunday morning during the 7 weeks, access in the hub will be given to that week's habit module complete with video, visual guides, and your weekly challenge. In our private 7-week HDHM group you will be able to connect with others in the program as well as Jennifer.
IS THIS A FAITH-BASED PROGRAM?
Jennifer is a Christian and believes in Jesus Christ as her Savior and that he is the only Son of God, died on the cross and rose again to wash us clean of our sins. She believes He is the Ultimate Healer of the body, mind and soul. She teaches with those beliefs as her background.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO HDHM?
You will have access to the version of HDHM you enrolled in for a lifetime (as long as it remains online.) The HDHM community group will be archived after the 7 weeks are done but the group will still be accessible.
WHAT ARE JENNIFER'S CREDENTIALS?
Jennifer is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Certified Essential Oil Coach. She has been working in, and studying holistic, natural health since 2007 and has helped many women all over the world through her practice, courses, website and membership.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL HDHM TAKE WEEKLY
Each module video is about 8-20 minutes. The visual guides each week will take about 15 minutes to read and then implementation of the habit is up to you in how long it takes. Setting aside 1-3 hours per week will be more than enough time.
WILL THE COST BE GOING UP?
Yes, the next time doors open to HDHM, the price will increase to $197.00 and doors open to HDHM 3 times per year.
